What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Looting a death box

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? The fist one I play after the update the bug was already in

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? If I active the custom button layout that the game have and I put the jump (X on ps4) in other button place I can't loot deafh boxes anymore.
What should be happening instead? I did can loot the death box as befero the update, that I use the same layout and work just fine
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change the jump (X button on ps4) on custom layout, and them you can't loot death boxes anymore.
