With custom controls you cant loot death boxes if your extra action is set to x

Yep, it looks like some custom control setups can't loot right now. Currently the only workaround is to change controls.

I don't have custom controls.  On ps4 I would simply hit the d pad down to be able to loot death boxes and the Black Market.  Now the d pad can only go up or left or right, not down.

My son plays it on PC. He can still loot boxes by using his mouse scroll wheel to scroll down.

    @Tammer_Stern Thanks for the extra info, I'm seeing that now too.

    You should be able to still use the stick to navigate, but I suspect downdpad not moving is related to the custom controls issue and we'll look to get that added to the existing issue.

      @EA_David Thanks for replying. The stick (on ps4) moves the on screen cursor about but doesn't scroll down the loot box contents or the Black Market view other than occasionally moving it down around 1mm on screen.
