With custom controls you cant loot death boxes if your extra action is set to x

Same here. 

I play with a custom layout and have extra character action set to circle.

I can't back out of a death box if my cursor is hovering over an item in the death box. I have to move my cursor away from all items so that circle will register and it backs me out of the box. Really annoying. 

Also been getting a strange red speaker icon in the top right of my screen. Also been getting booted a lot lately and extreme lag one moment then its fine the next.

Audio has completely broken mid fight on a few occasions. 

The game feels unstable af.
