Wrong rank displayed in lobby, can't play with friends

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. trying to load a ranked match with my friends

What happens when the bug occurs? With the new season my rank was set back to gold 4, but in the lobby next to my name thr rank displayed is plat 2. Therefore i am unable to play with my friends who were all set back to gold. also when solo queueing in ranked i get placed in to plat lobbies instead of gold so my enemies are all much better.
What should be happening instead? rank should be set to gold 4 properly
