[XBOX] Frame Rate Drops when using Bloodhound Ult and being hit by Crypto EMP

I don't seem to have the bug report form for some reason.

Ongoing issue with frame rate drops when using Bloodhound ult - from stable 60fps down to 40-45fps. This is on XBOX Series X and happens when you are in the Blood Hunter state with enemies on screen being highlighted with the red shader.

A similar issue occurs when being hit by a Crypto ult, the VFX of the ult being triggered causes a frame rate drop that can make it impossible to counter-play by shooting the drone or react before you get hit by the ult and resulting stun/shield break.
