Xbox game chat bug post update 3/29/2022

I have exact same issue on Series S.

I played few games with my pc friend right before the next gen update and everything worked just fine.

I cant even use text chat  to tell my crossplay friends that the chat doesn't work..

And the icon next to my gamertag shows that I have mic connected.
