What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. All the time

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? My game chat audio is not being sent to my teamates. My teammates are unable to hear me and it causes my voice to sound like static. Sometimes I can get words or phrases out but for the most part I can not be heard. Things I have ruled out. 1.) I have tried 3 different headsets. Some bluetooth, some plugged in. The issue happened with both of them. (My primary headset is bluetooth though) 2.) I have tried using xbox to xbox party chat. This works fine. Which makes me think it's not a settings issue. 3.) I have tried re pairing my headset. Does not help 4.) I have tried rotating my xbox Mac address. It did not help 5.) I have tried hard restarting both my console and my headset. Does not help
What should be happening instead? My teammates should be able to hear me.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1.) Turn on a bluetooth headset. 2.) Turn on apex 3.) Send a cross play invite to party members. (I was on series X, my two teammates were on ps4) 4.) Try and talk. They won't hear you.
The Issue

I tried 2 different controllers and 3 different headsets. Had the same problem with GameChat not working on Xbox Series X. Been like this since the Warriors update started. Sound crashed mid-game and never came back.
I can hear my team-mates faintly and they can barely hear me if at all. Doesn’t matter what character I play or which mode.
It’s been like this ever since the warriors update. Ever since then, when I try talking with in game chat, my friends all say that I’m cutting in and out very bad. Where they can barely make out any words, I have tried different headsets, and two controllers, nothing has fixed the problem. When I go into an Xbox live party, I am just perfectly fine, but as soon as soon as I try in game chat, it’s back to being impossible to hear.

- everyone who owns an xbox series s-x has this problem since the last update " nex-gen" .
Almost halfway through the ranked split and Xbox Series X|S players being forced to play with no mic.
Absolute joke, if this was PC/Playstation this would have been patched weeks ago.
The Next Gen patch has seriously been awful for Xbox.

50 Days, still not fixed lol.
My brother (Xbox X) has the same issue. My son and I on our PCs hear him sporadically. Sometimes his words are clipped or missing, there's a strange static, and sometimes his words are very fast and high pitched.
I have to have him repeat himself about 3 times every sentence.
Xbox game chat is still not working !!, this issue was going on since last season. And not only is it happening to me but others as well ruining this game for Xbox players.

Mine is broke too. Fix this pls!!!!
58 days since this issue was raised, we've had multiple patches come out and none of them have fixed this issue.
Still not even on the dev Trello board as being investigated...
