What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Did the recent new gen update

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot utilize game chat in any way. People hear me but laggy or no sound at all. I will see people's speaker icons but cannot hear them or they hear me. I know it's not my Xbox cus even after the update you guys have us changing our audio to uncompressed because of the audio issues. And after trying all the methods given to me by EA nothing still works. Let me make something VERY clear. I know is not my Xbox because if I go to Xbox Party Chat I can talk to my friends as normal. This is a horrible bug because most of the time I play with randoms. So please help us over here.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Twitter and read your Xbox consumer's tweets about game chat issues or try using one Xbox and testing out.
