Hey guys, Just to give a small check in, this is still being worked on.

We've had some updates to address different issues, but this one hasn't gotten in yet, sorry.

    @80sRichieRich No big updates, sorry. There wasn't any patches for the Unshackled event.

    One thing I've seen mentioned is that having more than 1 logged in Xbox Live account may be a factor. If this is the case for you, can you log out accounts other than your main one as a potential workaround.

    I've even read that logging in then out on any alt accounts that usually use that Xbox might help. However I can't confirm this myself.

      This issue has been ongoing for over a month now.  I know you’re still licking your wounds over the battlefield L you took, but get it together and fix this.  It’s ridiculous to not be able to chat with a team.  Blows my mind how this isn’t a priority for you guys, but releasing new skins to make $ is.

      just providing information. 

      I only have one Xbox account. So naturally I am only logged in to one at a time. 

      my xbox is affected 100% of the time. 

      if it helps I would even be willing to join a match with a dev at a specified time so you all can look at my logs.
