This has been happening to me too since the next gen ‘so called’ upgrade. What a nightmare it is trying to play ranked since then. Spoiling the game for me and I won’t spend a single penny on it until the issue is resolved. I stupidly thought it would take a few days, not a few weeks or months. The lack of communication regarding the issue is just as frustrating.
I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say I hope this damn issue gets fixed with the upcoming update for season 13…
