What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing the game and waiting in the lobby

What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot talk to other next gen players on Xbox or PlayStation
What should be happening instead? Being able to talk without chat issues
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The issue has been on goi my since the release of the next gen update, many reports have been made of this issue. It is of my understanding that you’s have no interest in fixing this problem rather than saying that the fix is to make sure your audio is stereo uncompressed which fixes nothing. Please look further into this issue because this is my favourite game and this is ruining it.
