What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing I do contributes to the bug

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't hear my teammates, when I join a match I can never hear someone speaking, game chat does not work, when I add one of them and invite them to party If they have a mic I can hear them speak but if I leave party I can't
What should be happening instead? I should be able to go to game chat and hear my squadmates
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know a solution but I did want to notify you guys, Thank you
Whenever I join a match and speak into my mic teammates never seem to have notice, I can tell when they are in a party but some are not, as someone who solo ques a lot I would be grateful if this was fixed so I could be able to communicate
