This chat hasn't even seen a response from a moderator. The other forums have been a week without a response. This is one of the cases where no news is not good news. Can we please have an update on the status of this?

Yeah, crickets. I’ve called EA customer service three times, with three different tickets. They act is if it’s the first time they’re hearing about it each time I call. When I initially called, halfway through season 12, the agent I spoke with said my Apex account was bugged and he’d reach out to Respawn. After we hung up, he closed the ticket. This has been frustrating and confusing. Clearly, there’s a decent group of us dealing with this, but there’s a communication gap between us and customer-service, and EA and their employees.
