Xbox Series X, game settings keep resetting

    @bighuncho2007 @madmonkeyfun75 @goldassassin787 Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

     

    How to power cycle: 

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Can you try to clear the local saves and cloud saves, this will remove any settings and not your progresses. @OvO_Gabriel_don

@EA_Atic I have cleared the local saves and cloud saves. This however hasn't fixed the problem. I also went ahead and uninstall the game to reinstall it. This also did not fix the problem.

    @OvO_Gabriel_don We are patching the game today, can you have a look to see how it works after the patch.

        The only workaround left would be to factory reset the console @OvO_Gabriel_don
