Xp details didn't register resulting in incomplete experience rewards

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Match Summary menu in the lobby.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Returning to the lobby after finishing 2nd in a battle royale match.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Around 7, i'm not entirely sure, maybe more.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 24 August 2022 at 2:10 am. UTC -4
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Only Kills and Kill Leader were registered at the end totaling in 200xp. Nothing else registered, Survived Time was at 00:00 and Damage Done at 0. So i didn't receive the experience points i should have. It was not only a visual bug as my experience bar only showed an increment of 200xp, and i did not level up as i was expecting a level up after the match.
What should be happening instead? Survived time and damage should be registering like normal and i should receive my experience points accordingly.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply finish a match i suppose.

Thanks for the post. I believe that the XP is being applied anyway, but I'd like to be sure.

Does this happen consistently for you? Could you note your XP before a match, then see if it matches the incorrect amount given when you encounter the issue? Or does it match what you should have gotten?

@EA_David This was the first time it happened to me, i played a few matches afterwards both in BR and Arenas and there were no issues, the XP appeared normally and i leveled up, but the 2-3k i would've gotten from the match in the picture didn't appear anywhere after those matches.

This has been happening to me on and off these last few weeks, but today it has happened for 6 games in a row. It's very disheartening for me as I only play to grind the xp to get more apex packs for a heirloom. I hope it is still tracking the xp and hopefully I will get all the xp in a lump sum when it is fixed.

@FL4KV1 6 times in a row is pretty rough, I'm sorry to hear it.

If it starts happening again you could take a screenshot of your XP before and after each match, it might help with tracking this.

What happens when the bug occurs? I recieve no XP for anything other thank Kills and Revives.

Several times a day since Season 14 launched I have encountered this bug. I have missed out on multiple matches of thousands of XP points because of this error.
