Keep getting kicked out and charged with abandoning match

I’ll be playing online matches and recently in 3 different matches screen will freeze for a couple seconds then leave the match automatically. Once this happens it penalizes me for abandoning a match that I had no intention on leaving for 4 mins. I play online a ps5. What do I do to fix this?
