Trash set up now

After talking with support apparently there's no way to track your apex packs. I've been playing for years and have spent hundreds of dollars on apex packs but have never received any heirloom shards when I've opened more than 500 apex packs, which are the regular ones not the ones from events or anything extra. This is getting to a point the game is just fishing for money and lying to the clients saying you'll get something within a certain time or way but tbh you may never actually get it. That is straight lying and due to this I will not be redownloading the game ever and my account as of now can be deleted for all I care since the money I've spent to get 1 thing will never show for me. Thanks for wasting my time with this trash **bleep** game.
