My EA ID is AniMouze, and I mainly play through the Steam platform on PC. I cannot access the "Battle Pass" tab in Apex Legends where the Battle Pass section is located. There seems to be some kind of issue with my account approximately 1–2 weeks after Season 25 started. I have access to everything else except for the Battle Pass tab, even though I purchased the full Battle Pass bundle on this account. I'm confident that this is not a local client-side issue because I've reinstalled the game multiple times, cleaned all Apex-related files from my PC, tried downloading the game through the EA App, and even went as far as resetting Windows via BIOS and deleting all data on the drive. I also tested the same account on a different laptop, using another device, but the problem remains exactly the same. Additionally, a friend recently came over and played Apex Legends on my PC using his own EA account — and he had no issues accessing the Battle Pass. However, on my account, the tab still does not open. The issue is clearly visible in a video recording. There are no error messages or notifications — the tab just tries to load but fails. Despite being unable to access the Battle Pass tab, I did receive all the rewards from it. Still, this does not resolve the underlying issue. Please help me find a solution.

Hey AniMouze,
Just checking in to see if this has changed with the new split. Are you able to access the Battle Pass tab with today's update, or are you still running into the same issue?
