Legend Aura Bug

I have a glitch where the legend aura is bugged to show that it is new after every single match. I clear it with "Mark all as seen" every time and when I exit another match or log into the game it shows it as new and it getting very annoying after about 2 weeks.  I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled as well as scanned for corrupted files and nothing has fixed the issue.  I was told by support to report the issue here as well so that is what I am doing.
