What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Prendi mi consola y tiene el inicio de sesión automático de unperfil que no juego, se llama Aether pichus, con este perfil entre al juego, me percate que no había colocado el perfil con el que siempre juego, y entonces di click al boton "Xbox" agarre mi perfil (Aether BigDADY) y se reinicio el menú, no me percate que tenia de rango el PLATA, y asi empece a jugar, ya en la partifda me percate, perdi, y me subio puntos estando en PLATA, y no en ORO, pero cargue de nuevo el juego y se me queda hasta el dia de hoy en Plata lll
