Se reinicio el nivel de mi cuenta y perdí mis skins

mi id es gotenks46flos juego en ps4 y después de que solucionarán el bug de que no podía ver la taquilla ni el pase entre a mi cuenta y era nivel 1 con las partidas de orientación y sin skins y tenía pases de la temporada 5 espero que lo solucionen
