Mastery weapons rework

Hello, it's just to propose a rework on mastery weapons, which is like in call of duty, when you reach the maximum level of each weapon you will receive a special skin, when you reach level 100 in a category of weapons you will receive a special skin for all that category (like assault rifles), and when you get all the weapons at level 100, you will receive a definitive reactive skin
