Excessive punishment in ranked

No one can handle the 10-minute wait for a punishment anymore. Increase the point punishment and decrease the time. I'm a solo player and every time I'm matched against suicidal players or newbies against trios or duos of friends. I'm losing the will to play and will switch to another game.
