Battle Pass stuck in Processing

Hello. I purchased the Apex Legends Ultra Battle Pass on May 25 through the EA website. The payment went through (charged $9.99 via Turkish Mastercard), but the order is still "Processing" and the pass has not been added to my account.

It's been over 24 hours. I already sent 3 support tickets but got no reply.
