My Account dying, help me!!

sup everyone, I started playing apex from season 1 on PC via origin. in the second season, I bought a PS4 and started playing on PS. in season 12-13, I return to the PC again via Steam (Steam account and PSN are linked to the same EA account) and play until the introduction of cross progression. by the time of the cross progression, I had over 500 levels on PS and about 120 levels on PC. when the cross-progression touched my account, I couldn't log in to the game for a couple of months, I was getting an error. one day I was able to log in to the game. what was my surprise when the main thing was the progress from the PC, instead of the PS, where the account level was the highest!!! I started writing to support, they just promised me that everything would get better over time, but a year has passed and nothing has changed. I recently discovered a new problem, I am not given red coins to buy legends for leveling up, I need to spend real money just to buy a legend!! and again, support does not help me in any way!! I'm ready to find all the receipts, all the screenshots, anything you want to help me. (first picture my stats in season 11(ols screenshot)) second - my stats right now!!)
