Was passiert, wenn der Fehler auftritt? Game is completely unplayable. No interaction possible. Only normalizes when back in lobby after whole team died.
Was sollte stattdessen passieren? Game should be playable
Schritte: Wie können wir den Fehler finden? I can send a video in a few days if one is needed. Just need to wait for it to happen again.
So this happens once in a while. Sometimes there is days in between, sometimes one game until it happens again. Also it's not always happening to me but also my teammates. First time it happened was in the beginning of season 8. You can not select a legend, you can not jump, pick stuff up or even move. You can only look around. The game shows that your fps and all is alright, like usual, but your game "updates " with one picture er minute. Nothing helps, if you restart the game it will not solve anything. It only normalizes once your whole team is dead and after it let's you load back to your lobby. This is a huge problem, since you are ruining the game for other and also lose rp, without being able to do anything about it. PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT IT!!
