Account level reset XBX

Hey friends,

Logging into Apex last night it looks like my account level has been reset. I have all my unlocks, crafting materials and characters but my stats have been deleted, my character specific badges are locked again and my level has been reset back to grey 1. Level up rewards of legend tokens and apex packs are also not unlocking so the game knows these have been unlocked already. I tried playing a few games to see if it corrects as well as unlinking and relinking my ea account and hard resetting my game and console to no avail. Anybody else have this issue and have a fix?
