Apex Account Permanently Suspended for Gameplay enhancement but I DO NOT CHEAT

I would like to start off my stating that I am 100% NOT cheating, I am a controller player on pc using a xbox gamesir g7he wired into my pc and I have used only used clipping softwares with my game. However, my account has been banned for gameplay enhancement and am currently waiting for a response. Its sad to see how EA be banning anyone permanently especially when Ive been a loyal gamer hating on actual cheaters to end up being banned myself. Recently theres been a surge in bans so maybe its an internal cheat detection tool error though Im not sure. Please leave a comment if you are suffering from the same issue.
