Apex Legends Error sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331 – Account-Specific Issue on Xbox

Hello EA team,

 

I am experiencing a recurring error when trying to play Apex Legends on Xbox:

 

Error Message:

There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again.   sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331

 

 

What’s Happening

 

 

  • The error occurs every time I load into Apex Legends on this Xbox account.
  • If I log into Apex on a different Xbox account on the same console, the game works fine.
  • This proves the issue is account-specific, not a console or game installation problem.

 

 

 

Steps I Have Already Tried
Restarted Xbox and the game.

  • Cleared local saved data.
  • Deleted the account’s save file and forced a re-sync from EA servers.
  • Reinstalled the game.

 

 

Why I’m Posting Here

When I contacted EA Support, they suggested my account was linked to PC (which is not possible since I have only played on Xbox), and then told me to post here so that community managers can escalate the issue.

Since the error only affects one account, I strongly believe this is a server-side data corruption issue (likely related to challenges/progression). I am requesting escalation to the specialist team that can reset or repair my account’s corrupted challenge/profile data without requiring me to unlink my account or lose my purchased content.

    I'm on Xbox but same except it says sh _ranked.gnut #3278 and. It on all my acounts

    Mine is exactly the same. On ps5 and pc. I think the ea servers got hacked. Other players got a free gift and when they opened it the game crashed.

    I don't know if the issue is fixed by EA but I had the same issue till today.

    I play on PS console and today I logged on my EA account on my pc, went on my profile page>connected accounts and Unlinked the pc account. When I logged in on my PS after that I didn't have the issue anymore, played 4 games without crashing.

    Also I had that msg from "Unknown user" dated 01/01/1970 which i never opened, and that msg was gone also.

    So if it is not fixed by EA then I think the issue is with pc and accounts linked with pc accounts.
