Hello EA team,
I am experiencing a recurring error when trying to play Apex Legends on Xbox:

There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331
What’s Happening
- The error occurs every time I load into Apex Legends on this Xbox account.
- If I log into Apex on a different Xbox account on the same console, the game works fine.
- This proves the issue is account-specific, not a console or game installation problem.
Steps I Have Already Tried
Restarted Xbox and the game.
- Cleared local saved data.
- Deleted the account’s save file and forced a re-sync from EA servers.
- Reinstalled the game.
Why I’m Posting Here
When I contacted EA Support, they suggested my account was linked to PC (which is not possible since I have only played on Xbox), and then told me to post here so that community managers can escalate the issue.
Since the error only affects one account, I strongly believe this is a server-side data corruption issue (likely related to challenges/progression). I am requesting escalation to the specialist team that can reset or repair my account’s corrupted challenge/profile data without requiring me to unlink my account or lose my purchased content.
