Ash is Locked (Please Help)

Hi , I am experiencing a bug on the Steam version where I cannot select Ash in the character selection screen.

She appears as locked (grayed out) even though I have already unlocked her. The issue has been occurring since around January 2026. I've attached a screenshot showing the problem.

If anyone knows a solution or a workaround for this, please let me know.
