Heirloom Pity

So I heard heirlooms aren’t guaranteed after 500 packs now and I believe this is scamming.

I’ve been playing since I think season 1 maybe season 2.
I have bought many packs and feel as though I’ve been scammed and should probably be close to having gotten shards. That being said I don’t want to spend a single dollar on this game anymore knowing I’m going to be ripped off and would genuinely like compensation to everyone that’s been affected by this.

Also there should be an in game counter so we know if something happened or not. Not having one is pretty fishy and this could have been going on for how long without anyone realizing.

another note: considering how many heirlooms there are now I feel as though 500 packs for heirloom shards is a bit much. You’re asking too much for that many skins. This isn’t CS where knives are unique and rare based on certain packs.

anyway there’s my rant EA you need to fix your game.
