I have opened well over 500 apex packs since my last heirloom. Today I just spent $300 on apex packs and didn't receive one. I opened all the boxes at the same time and I seen the red from the heirloom shards and it didn't register when I came out of it. I exited the game to restart it I did pretty much everything I knew of. Wondering if this can be fixed or how thank you.

aw05BLoitq8L It sounds like you are talking about the opening animation effect as it does show all the rarity colors while the Apex Pack is opening.
However, (from what I know of), the opening animation is just that, an animation, as the items are already awarded upon opening the pack, so if you had gotten any Heirloom Shards, you would have seen those in your currency wallet.
