literally ANY clarity about crashes

It has been 3 days since servers started having wide scale issues. A singular update on the respawn twitter that appears to have fixed nothing, and it came on day 3. Clarity with end users is all we ask while we wait. let us know that you are working on SOMETHING. 3 days for a response is just terrible service.
