Lobby bug

Bought the octane spotlight pass. After a couple games with my partner and friend, got locked out of everything but play, on the third day now. Tried everything you can think of to fix it but nothing has worked. Also the rewards that I’ve gotten from the pass have been taken away which I noticed the 30 seconds it worked. Very frustrating.
