Missing content from my account

Hello, i have previously linked my apex account from PS4 to EA and nothing have been merged to the steam account.

playing history : 

PS4 -> steam -> PS5 

playing the game since the first release, current account which is linked to steam and PS only have the steam account progress .

please support on this case and note that i only have this ea account
