Just bought $44.98 worth of apex coins.
purchased the current basic battle pass. Then went on to buy 50 apex packs. Upgraded the 50 packs with over 80,000 legend tokens. When I hit open packs. Got message that the sever was down. Nothing was gifted and all packs went to waste as well as legend tokens. Is this how EA is treating the rest of the community. Complete trash.

Moving your post over to this thread on the same issue. Just to confirm, the error prevents the new item notifications from appearing, however the actual contents have still made their way to your Legend Locker correctly.

dd8yem21kz5w As far as I'm aware of, this is only a visual bug where all items are still being granted.
