Server keep crashing and Disconnecting in waiting Q and also when game start

this issue start to happen few days ago and it get worse yesterday 
server freeze every match after couple of minutes of playing then kick us out and we can't even rejoin the match back saying ( match ended ) 
sometimes it happen in the loading screen of the match, sometimes in the picking room .. 

literally happen every match 

it was very annoying and unplayable

and i literally tried everything from reinstalling / steam file repair / clearing download cach / resetting and changing my DNS / updating the graphic card / resetting the modem / resetting ip settings / restarting pc / and my internet is perfectly fine
in fact i tested by keeping a ping cmd + a twitch stream open in the second monitor and if any internet cut happen the livestream would pause and the ping would cut , also had a DNS check in the background for both google and cloudflare 
if any problem happen in those DNS id see that live, i even tried removing both DNS ( google and cloudflare ) and testing without dns and same issue .
and my PC is a modern pc that can handle any game, i play other online games that are more demanding then Apex and there is no issues in them 

and it was even weird when this random background image show up in the game main menu out of nowhere :

this background image does not exist on my computer and never did 
it shows inside Apex legends main menu randomly after i receive the previous code and click "Continue" trying to rejoin

it looks like some HDR texture from the game
