The guaranteed heirloom shards didn't drop for 500 packs

I’m writing to report an issue with the guaranteed heirloom shards not dropping. I’ve opened more than 500 packs, but the heirloom shards still haven’t appeared in my drops. I’ve also seen this discussed by others online, but I’m not sure what to do next.

I have spent a lot of money on this, and I’d appreciate it if you could look into my account and verify the pack drops. If it’s indeed possible to receive heirs drops after more than 500 packs, I would like to request a goodwill compensation or review of my account.
