My account doesn't have access to online play? (error)

I've been experiencing the following error for 1 month when accessing my Apex Legends account, every time I try to enter the game it appears that my account is not allowed to play online. But after a while of trying to log in, it lets me access the normal game. I've been playing since Season 1 and it's never happened to me before. It's annoying, but I love this game.
