BUNDLE NEVER RECEIVED

I bought 20 euros of apex coins, and so far everything went correctly I receive the credits immediately without problems, with the apex coins I tried to buy the bundle as you can see from the photo but the server gave an error, however in the game I constantly the notification about the legend that I bought the skin for, but without having a skin. I would like to have that particular skin because I paid for it and the problem wasn't mine, since the payment made 2 minutes before went correctly.

I ALREADY TALKED WITH  AN  EA Game Advisor, AND THEY TOLD ME TO WRITE MY PROBLEM HERE.

IT'S BEEN 96 HOURS AND I STILL HAVE NOT SOLVED IT.
