account has been reset to level 1

My account has been reset to level 1, and all of my skins, characters, and my in-game currency have disappeared. I was playing on both the Steam and Origin platforms

    I was linking my Steam account to Origin and now my account has been reset on both platforms. I'm sure I logged into the correct account, but the issue persists
