account has been reset to level 1

My account has been reset to level 1, and all of my skins, characters, and my in-game currency have disappeared. I was playing on both the Steam and Origin platforms

@gGPVG1413 Вы привязывали другие учётные записи к EA с последующим заходом через них? Если да, то в таком случае прогресс мог обнулиться.
