I CANT GET MY 20 CASES BECOUSE I HAVE BUG

I cant get cases becouse one of the canlegends is send the gift and for this you need vetyfy you accaount >I did it but button still gray and i cant send any gidts and get my 20 boxes?Also i cant send anythink els for gifts...
