I got banned just like that.
I downloaded apex legends after a long break, played for 2 hours and got blocked forever. EA tried to challenge me, they rejected me and did not answer what the reason for the blocking was

You will be told that you are involved in fraud.
so the problem is that the reason is not specified anywhere, and when I apply for a ban, I am rejected.
