Battlefield 2042 crashes during the game in the menu, without giving any error.

Hello. I'm a Battlefield 2042 player. I've run into a problem in the last two weeks. It consists in the fact that during the game I am thrown into the game menu, and the game does not give out any errors. At some point, the soldier models start walking through the air, the damage is not registered, and after a few seconds I am thrown onto the main menu of the game, and the game does not issue any errors. I tried restarting the router, restarting the PC, cleaning the game cache, even changing the wired Internet to wi-fi Internet. But nothing helped. I'm not even sure if the problem lies in the Internet connection, since the game does not issue any error after the crash in the menu. How to solve this problem?
