EA is not linked to Steam

EA is not linked to Steam, and no account is linked to Steam, while when EA is linked to Steam, it says that this account is already linked, although this is not the case and there are no linked Stea...

Значит у вас уже был привязан Steam, но вы его отвязали. Новый Steam на этот акк EA вы привязать не сможете.

Well, if I've unlinked an account, why can't I link it again? Why is this error being ignored?
