Anti-cheat measures question

I was unable to start BF6 beta without closing AutoHotkey. I use AutoHotkey for media controls like play/pause/stop/volume which is the most convenient method for me. It was a nuisance having to close it every time I wanted to play, so I had the explorer window open in the background so I could activate the script again as soon as I finish playing.

My concern is that if I run the script while the game is running by accidentally opening it or maybe if the game takes a while to close I could be banned for cheating. If I buy BF6 I plan to play it for a while and this event might happen. What would be the consequences for accidentally running the AutoHotkey script? Does the game just boot me from the server or are there severe consequences?

I know it reads like a suspicious question, but how else can I phrase it. I can provide the source code if anyone wants to see.
