Beta works on some accounts on some Xboxes

In the main menu, I cannot start a game with my Xbox account. Have tested all game modes, it won’t start the countdown. 

My wife can get onto her account on that Xbox and start a game, but my account won’t play any game modes once loading. When I go to our other Xbox I have no issues starting a game and playing with my account. But only that Xbox. Her account works fine on both. 

So strangely enough we have two Xboxes and two copies of the beta. One account can only play on one Xbox and the other account can play on any/either. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying the EA credentials with that Xbox account, can’t figure out the issue.
