BF 6 Open Beta Frame Drops & Stuttering on PC

I have i think the equivalent if not more of the recommended specs yet i cannot play due to severe FPS stuttering every 30-60 seconds.  Im running on an i5-11400F, RTX 4060 Ti, 32GB DDR5 RAM and game is installed on an SSD.  

I have tried all manner of settings and can run the game very comfortably on Ultra in 2k most of the time aside from these frame dips and audio buzzes.  To describe it deeper, every 40ish seconds, the screen will lag as if its gone down to a single Frame per second and the audio will tear and buzz for about 3 seconds before returning to normal.

I've monitored by CPU temps and they dont go above 84-88 degrees, which may be a bit hot but it doesnt seem to be throttling.  

Ive created this thread in hopes anyone else is seeing something similar and determine whether this is a hardware issue or an optimization issue.
