PC needs to have the option to remove crossplay. The aim assist on controllers is excessive, and they have almost zero recoil. I tested it on the PS5; you can shoot 1 cm from the enemy, and the aim assist takes care of the rest.

I watched a Youtube video today and the guy was showing how controllers even get less recoil on all their weapons and of the handful they tested... most were a dramatic difference.
Seems we need a way to also filter by INPUT as well, since a lot of PC players also use controllers... meaning we'll still have to deal with lamer AA players.
I personally do not want a repeat of CoD. I stopped playing due to AA being so strong. If people wanna use controller and be what I call "a fake gamer", then so be it. But why should I be punished because I want to play with K+M which takes more skill? Even more so for me, cause I'm an old school player who still uses his wrist to move the mouse around and not my entire arm... something I sadly was never aware of back when I starting gaming like 33 odd yrs ago.

PS5 player here and for me, none of those 2 things are true.
On the recoil side, I certainly have to manage recoil. You are right in that it's been confirmed that recoil is less for controller players. Why? Just make it the same. Recoil management should not be an issue for controller players. Pull / push the stick to compensate. That's a learned response. Any limited recoil for controllers is unfair, IMHO. But there is considerable recoil. It's not "almost zero".
But aim assist? In my experience there is none. None. There's no snap for me at all. Shoot from 1cm away and you stay 1cm away. There is some limited rotational aim assist but it makes no difference as far as I can see, given the frantic nature of play and the fact that you're dead in 2 hits whether you feel like you fired first or not. But the fact that your experience was so different is concerning.
I've seen so many PC players say "Controller AA is out of control!" and so many PS5 players say "There's no AA at all!". And they can't all be wrong. It feels like there is something seriously off.
